Responsibilities
- Develop new Risk applications and enhance existing applications.
- Build distributed data-processing and calculation solutions for large datasets.
- Work in an Agile squad with teams in Budapest and other international locations.
- Apply DevOps practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Contribute to the Risk Management tooling and technology landscape.
- Introduce and support tools that improve business processes and help meet regulatory obligations.
- Collaborate with globally distributed development and business teams.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of Java.
- Solid knowledge and practical experience writing and understanding SQL queries.
- Experience designing applications and data models.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Experience with automated testing, large-scale databases, cloud technologies, or Python is preferred.
