Base Salary
$180k - $440k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own backend engineering for scalable, low-latency voice infrastructure and model integrations.
- Collaborate directly with Grok Voice model, media, and product teams to deliver end-to-end experiences.
- Drive performance, reliability, and quality of voice interactions at global scale.
- Move fast across platforms and product groups as a generalist.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python or Rust with a strong track record of writing clean, efficient, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Deep interest in voice/audio AI.
- Strong generalist engineer with backend focus.
- Hands-on experience shipping features on iOS and/or Android.
- Ability to work across all product groups for the best user experience.
