Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and operationalize complex data solutions, correct problems, apply transformations, and recommend data cleansing and quality solutions.
- Design complex data solutions, incorporate new data sources, and ensure designs align across projects and with data strategies.
- Analyze complex data sources to determine their value and recommend data for analytical processes.
- Apply data governance, data security, and data quality competencies.
- Serve as a data and technology subject matter expert, support business delivery, and educate end users on data products and analytics environments.
- Perform complex data and system analysis and resolve high-complexity defects and incidents.
- Collaborate across teams to support delivery and educate users on complex data products and analytics environments.
- Guide team members’ growth, develop business partnerships, influence priorities, and share relevant industry knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related STEM field, or equivalent education and/or work experience.
- At least six additional years of data engineering experience.
- Experience with AWS, generative AI models, frameworks and tools, Python or JavaScript, React, MongoDB or PostgreSQL, and containerization such as Docker.
- Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms, programming languages, data manipulation, and modern software engineering practices.
- Strong software design, delivery, automated testing, analysis, production-readiness, and system-monitoring skills.
- Demonstrated domain expertise, business partnership, communication, problem-solving, and ability to influence and motivate others.
- Experience with quantum computing tools is preferred.
- Ten years of related experience is listed as an ideal qualification.
