Base Salary
$53k - $108k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on a team to develop innovative solutions for complex customer challenge projects.
- Apply software development best practices using programming languages and frameworks.
- Learn new programming languages and frameworks as needed.
- Produce technical documentation and create design artifacts when applicable.
- Present the team’s solution to senior leadership during the final Challenge Cup competition.
Requirements
- Experience with .NET, C++, JavaScript, Java, or Python in a professional, academic, or internship environment.
- Knowledge of software development best practices.
- Ability to learn new programming languages and frameworks.
- Ability to work in groups.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Scheduled to obtain a bachelor’s degree in a technology, engineering, or mathematics field by Summer 2028 or Summer 2029.
- Preferred qualifications include technical documentation and design artifact experience, strong critical-thinking and analytical skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
