Base Salary
$53k - $108k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop software and innovative solutions for complex customer challenges.
- Conduct research and write software using programming, analytical, and algorithmic techniques.
- Produce technical documentation and create design artifacts.
- Collaborate independently and in teams in a startup accelerator-style environment.
- Present the completed challenge solution to senior leadership in the final Challenge Cup competition.
Requirements
- Experience with one or more of Java, JavaScript, C, C++, Assembly, Python, Perl, R, or Bash.
- Experience with machine learning, data mining, statistics, or graph algorithms in academic or internship environments.
- Experience conducting research and writing software.
- Ability to produce technical documentation and create design artifacts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in a technology, engineering, or mathematics field by Summer 2028 or Summer 2029.
- Strong critical-thinking, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills are preferred.
