Base Salary
$160k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and integrate Vercel-powered internal People Operations tools as part of a headless HR technology strategy.
- Build, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors/Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, and APIs.
- Partner with People Operations, Finance, IT, and Engineering stakeholders to translate process requirements into documented integration solutions.
- Develop functional understanding of hire-to-retire, compensation, benefits, and organizational management processes.
- Document integration logic, field mappings, and related processes.
- Contribute to testing, security, and change-management practices for HR system integrations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining Workday integrations.
- Experience with EIB, Core Connectors/Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, and/or APIs.
- Working knowledge of XML/XSLT, calculated fields, and the Workday Business Process Framework.
- Experience with generative AI and agentic coding platforms.
- Interest in headless/composable HR technology and building tools beyond a core HRIS.
- Ability to translate technical integration details for non-technical stakeholders and work independently on discrete integration projects.
- Exposure to Workday security configuration is a plus.
- Experience using Workday Extend to build applications is a plus.
