Base Salary
$160k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and integrate Vercel-powered internal People tools.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Workday integrations supporting key workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand process requirements.
- Develop knowledge of core People Operations processes.
- Monitor integration health and troubleshoot failures.
- Maintain documentation of integration logic and processes.
- Contribute to testing, security, and change-management practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs.
- Working knowledge of XML/XSLT and Workday Business Process Framework.
- Genuine interest in People Operations and relationship building.
- Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical needs.
- Ability to independently manage integration projects.
- Experience with generative AI and headless HR tech is a plus.
