Responsibilities
- Develop and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Configure and customize workflows, business rules, and automation.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and API management in enterprise environments.
- Understanding of performance optimization and system monitoring practices.
