Responsibilities
- Develop, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
- Analyze system performance and contribute to continuous improvement of application support processes and tools.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide solutions to the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Collaborate with and help manage the team, contribute to key decisions, and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience is required.
- Minimum five years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) is required.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architecture.
- Experience with application monitoring and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with incident management and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
