Responsibilities
- Develop scalable cloud applications and software infrastructure.
- Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the development process.
- Influence technical decisions and optimize application and system designs for scalability and cloud environments.
- Lead small-to-medium features from technical design through completion.
- Deliver high-quality, secure, privacy-focused software and design deliverables.
- Advocate for product features that address customer needs and track product adoption and success metrics.
- Stay current on software development practices and coach others as needed.
- Use AI coding assistants to accelerate development and automate testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 0–2 years of experience, or a master’s degree with 0 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or Golang.
- Ability to think critically about application scalability and cloud environments.
- Ability to use AI coding assistants such as Claude or GitHub Copilot.
- Proven ability to resolve complex technical problems.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results.
