Responsibilities
- Design, create, configure, automate, and deliver cloud infrastructure and environments using security best practices.
- Implement CI/CD strategies covering the product development lifecycle and establish related collaboration standards and practices.
- Create and maintain documentation for Development, QA, Technical Operations, Product, and Support teams.
- Create and maintain observability tools for cloud environments to support platform stability and uptime targets.
- Promote cloud-native tools and methodologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Have 2–4 years of DevOps experience across a range of industries.
- Have experience with programming languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
- Have strong Linux operating systems administration knowledge.
- Have extensive AWS experience.
- Have experience with configuration management tools, ideally Ansible, and infrastructure-as-code tools, especially Terraform on AWS.
- Have experience with version control tools such as GitHub and Bitbucket.
- Have experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of CircleCI, Kubernetes-related tools such as ArgoCD and Flux, monitoring tools, containerization and orchestration technologies, Kafka technologies, and cloud networking is desirable.
- Be able to multitask, work under pressure, and prioritize competing deadlines and changing business priorities.
