Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, customize, and integrate software systems using Veeva Vault.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and multiple teams to align solutions with business and project requirements.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical problems through troubleshooting and debugging.
- Support database management and data migration activities.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Lead process improvement efforts to enhance team productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication for project delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Veeva Vault.
- Proficiency in Veeva Vault is required.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and configuration management.
- Experience customizing and integrating enterprise software solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with database management and data migration techniques.
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Clinical Data Management experience is preferred.
