Responsibilities
- Conduct business workshops and gather master data governance requirements.
- Design and implement governance processes for Material, Customer, Supplier, Business Partner, and Financial master data.
- Configure SAP MDG data models, workflows, change requests, approval processes, business rules, validations, derivations, and duplicate checks using BRF+.
- Configure Data Replication Framework processes for distributing master data across SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Support data cleansing, harmonization, migration, and master data consolidation activities.
- Configure role-based access controls and support data governance, audit, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams on enhancements and integrations.
- Execute SIT, UAT, defect resolution, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Monitor master data quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live hypercare support.
- Support integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, EWM, IBP, BW, and other enterprise applications.
- Develop governance frameworks, operating procedures, and master data management best practices.
- Work in a fully client-facing role with stated work locations in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh and Kolkata.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience with SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- B.E., B.Tech., or higher is stated, with at least 15 years of post-qualification experience handling SAP projects.
- Experience configuring SAP MDG data models, workflows, change requests, approval processes, BRF+ rules, validations, and Data Replication Framework.
- Experience with master data governance, data quality, data cleansing, harmonization, migration, consolidation, and enterprise integrations.
- Ability to conduct workshops, prepare functional specifications, coordinate with technical teams, and support testing and deployment.
- Strong communication, collaboration, proactive task ownership, learning orientation, and team spirit are requested.
