Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications as a primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with and manage teams, contributing to decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to technical problems and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments to meet deadlines.
- Integrate Salesforce with other platforms and services and troubleshoot Salesforce technical issues.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other platforms and services.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within Salesforce.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Salesforce Service Cloud experience is preferred.
