Base Salary
$225k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy proprietary software for trading strategy simulation, data acquisition, storage, visualization, trading, risk analysis, exchange connectivity, and interprocess communication.
- Analyze and tune system performance, including low-latency and data-processing optimizations.
- Collaborate with technologists, quantitative researchers, traders, and experienced engineers to implement solutions balancing speed, features, and cost.
- Develop distributed-computation systems, automated trading strategies, real-time platforms, and protocol adapters.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related engineering discipline, with graduation expected between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Proficiency in modern C++, Java, or Python.
- Knowledge of multithreading, API design and integration, data processing, and UI development.
- Knowledge of network programming using TCP/IP, multithreaded applications, computational intelligence, real-time programming, or GUI programming.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Strong programming fundamentals, logical thinking, communication, and ability to articulate and advocate for ideas in a collaborative environment.
