Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance full-stack applications.
- Lead technical implementation across the full stack with attention to security, scalability, regulatory compliance, and transaction integrity.
- Develop Spring Framework applications, Spring Boot services, Angular-based UIs, and APIs for transaction processing, position management, and compliance workflows.
- Design and optimize Oracle database schemas, queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning for transaction processing.
- Develop Kafka producers, consumers, and stream-processing workflows.
- Write unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito.
- Implement API authentication, data encryption, and access-control best practices.
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline configuration and deployment processes.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Lead code reviews focused on transaction integrity, security, and performance.
- Design multithreaded processing workflows with appropriate transaction management.
- Mentor junior developers on Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Explore AI reasoning models and AI-based coding tools to reduce development and test-coverage implementation time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- 10–15 years of software development experience.
- Proficiency with Java, Python, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, and HTML/CSS.
- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Spring Transaction Management, and Angular or React.
- Experience with Apache Kafka, including producers, consumers, and stream processing.
- Experience with Oracle, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Git, Maven, and Docker.
- Experience with microservices, event-driven design, and caching strategies.
- Preferred experience in financial services or payment-processing systems and high-volume, low-latency transaction systems.
- Preferred experience with multithreaded application development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and continuous-learning abilities.
- Familiarity with AI-based deep coding tools.
