Responsibilities
- Utilize incident management and response tools to generate reports and take corrective actions.
- Debug complex application systems to resolve business-impacting issues.
- Follow best practices to enhance operational efficiencies and system stability.
- Implement continuous delivery practices to support high-quality software delivery.
- Leverage logging techniques for monitoring and identifying root causes of incidents.
- Use DevOps tools to deploy and run software efficiently.
- Mentor less experienced peers through technical knowledge and leadership.
- Apply the latest technology trends to solve client problems.
Requirements
- Experience with Java and understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Practical experience with Kafka.
- High-level understanding of ecosystem integrations with SAP.
- Familiarity with various architectures such as microservices and serverless.
- Strong debugging and triaging skills.
- Experience with SQL databases like MS SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
- Experience with Datadog for monitoring and reporting.
- Comfortable with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Advanced English proficiency for effective communication with global teams.
