Responsibilities
- Design and develop features that enable effective deployment and operation of air-gapped Google Distributed Cloud.
- Review design documents and code, provide feedback, and collaborate with partner teams to accelerate platform development and delivery.
- Work with engineers, Product Managers, and Technical Program Managers to deliver a high-quality system.
- Maintain documentation and educational content based on product updates and user feedback.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing impacts on hardware, networks, services, and operational quality.
- Leverage AI to carry out core responsibilities effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 1 year of experience with one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, Go, or C++.
- At least 1 year of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience programming in Go.
- Preferred: experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration frameworks.
- Preferred: experience with cloud platforms such as GCP.
