Base Salary
$209k - $266k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build full-stack features across search, scenario mining, agentic tooling, and web applications for curating scenarios and building test suites.
- Work directly with users to understand pain points, define success measures, and evaluate product impact.
- Deliver reliable, performant, maintainable software with strong engineering practices.
- Contribute to architectural decisions that scale across the team’s products.
- Extend evaluation workflows so agents can execute search-to-test processes end to end.
- Use AI development tools to improve engineering workflows and product quality.
Requirements
- Strong development skills in Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript, with experience using React or similar front-end frameworks.
- Strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of database design and optimization.
- Experience designing and building production-level full-stack systems and reliable, high-performance APIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build robust, maintainable systems and apply engineering best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including effective work across time zones.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous, high-context environment.
- Experience using AI development tools and building AI-augmented workflows.
- Experience with search, embeddings, retrieval systems, Databricks, Spark, Flyte, agentic or LLM-powered developer tools, MCP servers, technical-user tools, or scientific data visualization is desirable.
