Responsibilities
- Design and implement vision-and-language AI systems that improve robotic autonomy.
- Optimize AI systems using radar and other sensory technologies for end-to-end learning.
- Test and validate AI models under real-world conditions.
- Collaborate with software engineers and roboticists to integrate AI systems into automation solutions.
- Manage development from initial research through deployment and ongoing optimization.
- Maintain and support deployed robotic AI systems in production environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, AI, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with C++.
- Proven expertise in machine learning and robotic control systems.
- Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Demonstrated experience deploying AI systems in real-world robotic applications.
- Practical experience with Vision-Language Action Models, sensor fusion, real-time system integration, robotics simulation, outdoor SLAM, radar data processing, or similar technologies is preferred.
- Publication or contribution to relevant AI or robotics conferences or journals is preferred.
