Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for embedded software.
Perform functional, non-functional, regression, integration, system-level, and white-box testing.
Define and execute test strategies for embedded software and firmware.
Prepare, configure, and maintain hardware test benches and setups, including boards, modules, and SIT setups.
Debug and analyze embedded-system issues and collaborate with developers on resolution.
Use oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools.
Test interfaces involving microcontrollers, sensors, and Modbus, UART, SPI, and I2C protocols.
Drive defect logging, reporting, verification, and validation processes.
Prepare test matrices and execution reports.
Contribute to testing methodology improvements and automation frameworks.

5–6 years of System Integration Testing experience for new product development.
Strong background in IoT, embedded software, and firmware testing.
Experience testing and validating large-scale embedded projects.
In-depth knowledge of microprocessors and their peripherals.
Knowledge of electronic components, microprocessors, and PCBA characteristics.
Experience with test management, version control, and bug-tracking tools.
Preferred experience in product development and testing management, including leading testing and driving project execution.
Strong verbal and written communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Embedded hardware experience in refrigeration and air-conditioning systems.
BE in Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science Engineering.
