Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test software components and applications for Audible’s creator and audiobook ecosystem.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, test, and launch customer-impacting software.
- Clarify technical requirements, estimate development work, and apply appropriate design approaches.
- Review teammates’ code and provide constructive technical direction.
- Mentor and lead developers while cultivating technical curiosity and understanding.
Requirements
- Proficiency in a broad range of data structures and algorithms, including knowing when to apply them.
- Ability to independently clarify technical requirements, assess development estimates, and select design approaches.
- Ability to take ownership, show initiative, maintain high standards, and deliver strong results.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and provide constructive technical feedback.
