Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software components and applications for Audible’s Creator Marketplace.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to imagine, design, develop, test, and launch customer-impacting software.
- Clarify technical requirements, assess development estimates, and apply appropriate design approaches.
- Review teammates’ code and provide constructive technical direction.
- Mentor and lead developers while cultivating curiosity and deep technical understanding.
- Build tools that automate the audio content production pipeline for creators and internal content teams.
Requirements
- Proficiency in a broad range of data structures and algorithms, including knowing when to apply them.
- Ability to independently clarify technical requirements and assess development estimates.
- Ability to apply a broad range of software design approaches.
- Ability to review code, provide constructive direction, and mentor developers.
- Demonstrated ownership, initiative, high standards, and commitment to continuous learning.
