Base Salary
$194k - $352k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop ML workflow pipelines for training, optimizing, validating, and deploying Nuro autonomy models.
- Develop and maintain continuous testing and monitoring systems for ML infrastructure components.
- Build observability for ML model lifecycles from data generation through on-road validation.
- Maintain an in-house ML inference platform for efficiently serving large language models.
- Maintain an in-house ML compiler platform to compile, deploy, and validate autonomy models across hardware platforms.
- Collaborate with teams across Nuro to build and deploy core machine learning infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or Ph.D. degree.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python or similar languages and familiarity with C++.
- Experience working with ML pipelines and the ability to understand and design complex distributed systems.
- High standards for performance, scalability, and code quality.
- Ability and willingness to learn unfamiliar systems and improve complex infrastructure.
- Preferred experience with high-performance low-level languages, large-scale distributed systems, system and framework design, data workflow orchestration platforms, or ML compilers.
