Base Salary
$194k - $352k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop ML workflow pipelines to train, optimize, validate, and deploy Nuro autonomy models.
- Develop and maintain continuous testing and monitoring systems for core ML infrastructure components.
- Build observability for ML model lifecycles from data generation through on-road validation.
- Maintain an in-house ML inference platform to efficiently serve large language models.
- Maintain an in-house ML compiler platform to compile, deploy, and validate autonomy models across hardware platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or Ph.D. degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python or similar programming languages and familiarity with C++.
- Experience working with ML pipelines and the ability to understand and design complex distributed systems.
- High standards for performance, scalability, and code quality, with the ability to learn quickly and improve complex systems.
- Bonus: strong C++ or other high-performance low-level language skills, large-scale distributed systems experience, system and framework design experience, data workflow orchestration platform experience, or ML compiler experience.
