Base Salary
$156k - $178k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solution architectures for enterprise AI agent deployments.
- Build and configure integrations across enterprise systems using integration platforms and APIs.
- Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on complex custom integrations.
- Test architecture, integration reliability, and AI agent performance under real-world conditions.
- Scope deployments and provide strategic architecture advice and execution support to customers and partners.
- Translate customer workflows into reliable LLM prompts and conversational flows.
- Fine-tune conversational flows and voice output using SSML, lexicons, and regular expressions.
- Document best practices, guides, and product capabilities for internal and external audiences.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in enterprise customer-facing solution architecture, systems architecture, or enterprise integration roles.
- Experience solving complex technical problems across multiple systems and data sources.
- Experience with complex SaaS implementations at scale, including CRM, ERP, contact center, or ticketing environments.
- Proficiency with REST API design, JSON/XML data structures, API testing tools, and API authentication patterns such as OAuth, API keys, and JWT.
- Experience reading enterprise SaaS API documentation and performing data transformation and field mapping.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, risk-assessment, problem-solving, project-management, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into LLM prompts and conversational flows and use A/B testing to assess agent performance.
- Prior conversation design, prompt engineering, chain-of-thought, few-shot learning, or A/B testing experience is preferred but not required.
