Responsibilities

Independently execute discovery spikes and technical debt resolution for the GraphQL API and event gateway.
Lead the evolution of API products to meet client needs.
Improve tooling and usability for internal teams using API products.
Provide in-hours support to maintain high-availability platform components.
Collaborate with teammates to enhance shared services and ensure architectural consistency.
Represent the API Platform team in engineering forums and health reviews.

Strong backend development experience, primarily with TypeScript.
Proven ability to work independently and lead tasks in a small team.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
Familiarity with functional programming concepts and Scala is a plus.
Experience maintaining services that expose GraphQL interfaces is preferred.
Knowledge of AWS components, Kubernetes, and event-driven architectures is beneficial.
