Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of new and early-stage customers to accelerate their time-to-value.
Drive adoption metrics and act as a single point of contact for customer needs.
Provide strategic advisory on data strategy and technology stack integration.
Leverage AI-powered tools to deliver technical value and accelerate implementation.
Offer foundational guidance on Snowflake-specific architectural best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless resource orchestration.
Create and deliver high-impact educational programs for customers.
Act as a feedback loop to influence future product development.
Triage customer inquiries and assist with demos and troubleshooting.

Hands-on experience with SQL is required.
Strong understanding of data architecture and analytics.
Familiarity with major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and possess project management skills.
University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields.
