- Architect and evolve the Internal AI Engineering Platform.
- Lead trials and deployment of next-generation engineering tools.
- Design and maintain the Model Context Protocol (MCP) registry.
- Develop and maintain shared services and standards for coding practices.
- Build and promote 'Build Your Own' AI solutions and low-code automations.
- Author onboarding documentation and security guidelines.
- Automate tracking of AI Impact Metrics.
Requirements
- Experience building and running production-grade AI systems.
- Solid knowledge of distributed systems and third-party AI API integration.
- Hands-on experience with AWS in production environments.
- Passion for enhancing developer productivity and experiences.
- Ability to design security processes to mitigate risks.
