Responsibilities
- Serve as the NiCE Gatekeeper for all GSI support engagements.
- Monitor GSI partner planning activities and guide partners toward realistic plans.
- Engage early in the sales cycle to scope CXone solutions for GSI-led deployments.
- Develop Solution Design Documents in partnership with GSI for enterprise customers.
- Lead solution design activities across customer and GSI engagements.
- Participate in GSI internal team meetings and represent NiCE’s interests.
- Provide mentorship and enablement to NiCE colleagues on GSI engagement norms.
Requirements
- 8+ years of solution architecture or senior consulting experience in a contact center or SaaS context.
- 8+ years of customer-facing engagement experience in complex environments.
- 5+ years of contact center industry experience with knowledge of CXone or comparable platforms.
- Demonstrated experience working with GSI partnerships like Accenture or Deloitte.
- Proven experience governing complex, multi-party delivery engagements.
- Strong command of the CXone Product Suite and familiarity with AI and NLP technologies.
