Responsibilities
- Engage with complex customers to achieve their unified platform goals.
- Develop and execute customer engagement strategies with Account Executives and Solutions Architects.
- Coach account teams on positioning and adoption strategies.
- Influence stakeholders through complex engagements with the cloud ecosystem.
- Act as a trusted advisor for data analytics architecture and adoption of the Databricks Lakehouse platform.
- Contribute to technical community engagement by leading workshops and seminars.
Requirements
- Experience in complex customer interactions and technical pre-sales.
- Technical background in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or Machine Learning/AI.
- Ability to work with large customers across various sectors.
- Strong autonomy and capability to handle ambiguous requirements.
- Proven ability to influence decision-makers and C-level executives.
- Prior coding experience in Python or SQL and willingness to learn Spark.
- Hands-on expertise with public cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google.
- Ability to provide technical solutions for specialized customer needs.
- Databricks Certification is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% to customer sites.
