Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to launch customers, drive product adoption, and reduce time to first value.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to develop strategic relationships with multiple customers.
- Provide consultative technical guidance and detailed implementation plans that enable customers to launch and grow with Webflow.
- Gather customer feedback, identify trends, and influence product direction through the Voice of Customer program.
- Create reusable templates, integrations, and site examples that communicate Webflow’s value and simplify adoption.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in enterprise Webflow implementations or SaaS Solutions Architecture.
- Experience with or technical aptitude to learn front-end web development concepts and technologies including HTML, CSS, React, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of APIs, hosting and infrastructure, enterprise architecture, CRO, digital marketing, SEO, UX/UI design, and security.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences and facilitate cross-functional customer conversations.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage changing priorities, solve complex problems, and collaborate effectively across functions.
