Responsibilities
- Own and govern PLM solution architecture across the full bid-to-delivery lifecycle.
- Ensure digital continuity across PLM, CAD, ALM, ERP, and MES systems.
- Lead pre-sales and RFP activities, including solution strategy, value propositions, delivery models, estimates, and risks.
- Present solutions to senior stakeholders and provide technical leadership throughout delivery.
- Mentor architects, establish standards and best practices, and contribute to PLM thought leadership and propositions.
Requirements
- Extensive experience designing and delivering vendor-agnostic, enterprise-scale PLM solutions.
- Experience leading bids and RFPs under tight timelines.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience with distributed delivery models.
- Ability to maintain architectural rigor under pressure and communicate clearly at executive level.
- Desirable experience in regulated or complex industries, transformation programs, managed services, and Agile or SAFe delivery.
