Responsibilities
- Assess client requirements and define blockchain adoption strategies for stablecoin and crypto trading use cases.
- Recommend blockchain protocols, platforms, and interoperability frameworks aligned with client business goals.
- Create reference architectures for stablecoin issuance, redemption, reserves, and trading systems.
- Define custody models, wallet strategies using MPC and HSM, and KYC/AML and Travel Rule compliance workflows.
- Guide development teams on smart contract best practices, security audits, and performance optimization.
- Evaluate vendors for oracles, custody, and interoperability solutions.
- Advise executives, product owners, and technical teams and prepare business cases, ROI models, and roadmap presentations.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in blockchain consulting or solution architecture.
- Deep knowledge of EVM chains, L2s, Cosmos SDK, and interoperability protocols.
- Experience with stablecoin design, including fiat-backed and crypto-collateralized models, and crypto trading systems.
- Familiarity with smart contract audits, custody and MPC, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and technical concepts into business terms.
- Preferred experience with DeFi protocols, liquidity management, and MEV mitigation.
- Preferred exposure to Hyperledger and Quorum.
- Preferred certifications include CAMS, CISM, Ethereum Developer, or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
