Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of Fin by helping prospects unlock the power of Intercom’s AI capabilities.
- Embed deeply with strategic customers to understand their business challenges and technical requirements.
- Work hands-on with customers’ technical teams as a trusted technical expert.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Success, and Product teams for seamless customer experiences.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Forward Deployed Software Engineering function.
Requirements
- Strong engineering background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or Physics.
- Experience building a SaaS product with real-world usage.
- Interest in AI/ML and ability to understand novel problems and architectures.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficient in at least one high-level programming language.
- Ability to prototype and ship software quickly while maintaining quality.
- Proficient in using and writing REST APIs.
- Strong communication skills for discussing technical topics with diverse audiences.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site with customers.
