Base Salary
$94k - $142k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology activities, application development, and model development.
- Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs to meet business and user-area needs.
- Monitor and control analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and operational support activities.
- Analyze complex application and business-process issues and recommend advanced programming solutions.
- Develop post-implementation security measures and evaluate system design and functionality.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups; install and support applications for customers.
- Define operating standards and processes, follow required procedures, and coach lower-level analysts.
- Assess and escalate risk while maintaining compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques and methods.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in requirements.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.

- Primary location full-time salary range of $94,300.00–$141,500.00 per year.
