Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and build engines that parse programming and query languages to extract accurate, column-level data lineage.
- Develop backend services and interfaces from data processing through user-facing views.
- Build Gen AI/LLM retrieval and assistant capabilities using prompt design, tool/function calling, agent orchestration, and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Extend parsing and analysis to new languages and frameworks while preserving clean architecture.
- Own build, test, deployment, release, and production-support pipelines across environments.
- Write tests, maintain software quality, and support long-running or asynchronous workloads.
- Translate ambiguous requirements into efficient, well-structured designs and participate in design reviews.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Strong Python development skills with object-oriented and functional design experience.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, complexity analysis, parsing, AST-based and pattern-based static analysis, and data flow analysis.
- Hands-on Gen AI/LLM experience including prompt design, tool/function calling, and agent orchestration.
- Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation and vector or semantic search concepts.
- Experience designing APIs and backend services, with front-end fundamentals for building usable interfaces.
- Experience with build/test automation, CI/CD, deployment, and releasing across environments.
- Experience with data manipulation and transformation; graph algorithms and traversal, data governance, metadata management, data cataloging, infrastructure automation, and asynchronous workloads are preferred.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects, with working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree, or equivalent experience; ability to manage deadlines and changing requirements.
