Base Salary
$122k - $163k/yr
Responsibilities
- Translate defined HR workflows, inputs, outputs, decision points, and ownership into technical designs or mockups.
- Build and rapidly prototype AI agents, automations, integrations, and lightweight applications for HR.
- Use low-code and agent platforms, adding Python, scripting, or APIs when appropriate.
- Pilot solutions with real users, instrument them, and iterate based on usage and performance.
- Tune prompts, logic, and integrations to improve quality, reliability, and user experience.
- Harden solutions for production with error handling, guardrails, data handling, and monitoring.
- Document solutions and transition them to HR Systems, operations, or centers of excellence for lifecycle ownership.
- Build reusable components, patterns, templates, and shared AI automation standards.
- Partner with HR process owners, UX designers, HR Systems, and McKesson Technology on solution delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information systems, design, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated building experience.
- Typically 7+ years of relevant experience building automations, agents, integrations, or applications.
- Demonstrated portfolio of solutions taken from prototype to production.
- Fluency with low-code and agent platforms and the ability to work with Python, scripting, and APIs.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs and agent tooling, including prompt, logic, and integration design.
- Ability to rapidly move from ambiguous problems to working prototypes and iterate using real usage feedback.
- Experience building for reliability, quality, security, and maintainability and documenting and handing off solutions cleanly.
- HR or enterprise-process experience is a plus.
- Certifications in relevant low-code or agent platforms such as Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or ServiceNow are preferred.
