Responsibilities
- Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents covering retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and lifecycle observability.
- Develop abstraction layers across AI providers including Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI for multi-provider pipeline integration.
- Build scalable cloud-native systems using Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, event-driven architectures, and observability practices.
- Tailor and deploy agentic applications for domain-specific workflows in areas such as finance, healthcare, and retail.
- Conduct client design workshops, proofs of concept, and collaborative coding sessions with stakeholders.
- Define metrics, test harnesses, and evaluation plans for agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost effectiveness.
- Create reusable patterns, documentation, and best practices that influence internal assets and client roadmaps.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of engineering experience with cloud-native systems, including APIs, microservices, containerization, and serverless systems.
- At least 2 years of experience designing and deploying production agentic solutions involving agents, orchestration, context engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and workflows.
- At least 3 years of experience with AI platforms including OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, and open-source models, including multi-provider abstraction layers.
- At least 5 years of programming experience with Python, Java, Spring, or equivalent, plus familiarity with evaluation tooling, logging, monitoring, and agent observability.
- At least 5 years of experience with Angular, React, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of production deployment experience involving CI/CD, infrastructure as code such as Terraform and Helm, monitoring, and debugging.
- At least 5 years of client communication and collaboration experience, including leading technical workshops and delivering under ambiguity.
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in computer science or a related field.
