Base Salary
$94k - $142k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement intelligent agents covering perception, reasoning, planning, and action execution.
- Design and develop data pipelines and integration workflows supporting AI and machine learning workloads.
- Integrate LLMs, reinforcement learning models, predictive models, and other machine learning capabilities into agentic solutions.
- Develop production-grade applications, APIs, reusable services, microservices, and AI components using Python and/or Java.
- Use and contribute to agentic AI frameworks and development tools.
- Research advancements in agent-based systems and autonomous AI and propose innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, AI researchers, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate solutions into broader products and services.
- Create technical documentation for agent designs, implementations, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience with AI/ML, generative AI, or intelligent automation solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; Java experience is a plus.
- Experience building generative AI and LLM-based applications, including prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and agentic frameworks.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with OpenAI, Azure, Anthropic, Gemini, Bedrock, or equivalent platforms.
- Understanding of machine learning fundamentals and model evaluation techniques.
- Experience designing and supporting data pipelines and data integration workflows.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Financial-services experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, verbal communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
