Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced risk detection and analytics algorithms on strategic platforms.
- Apply Generative AI foundational models, prompt engineering, token optimization, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation to financial data.
- Architect, build, and deploy resilient distributed backend services and high-performance APIs on Kubernetes.
- Research, benchmark, and integrate emerging LLM and Generative AI paradigms, libraries, and frameworks.
- Collaborate with quantitative analysts, product owners, risk managers, and compliance teams to deliver risk-control platform features.
- Produce maintainable software supported by unit testing, peer code reviews, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintain architectural blueprints, system diagrams, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional Python backend development experience designing scalable, high-performance systems.
- Production experience applying Generative AI foundational models, including prompt engineering and token usage optimization.
- Practical Kubernetes experience deploying and operating scalable backend platforms.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including system design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Preferred experience processing large volumes of unstructured or conversational data.
- Preferred financial services or banking experience and familiarity with trading workflows, market data, or financial risk concepts.
- Strong communication, influencing, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
