Responsibilities
- Contribute to Proofpoint platform solutions and shared services under mentor guidance.
- Participate in requirements discussions and learn deployment rollouts and production support.
- Develop technical independence by taking on tasks autonomously and seeking support when needed.
- Continuously build technical knowledge through training and day-to-day software engineering work.
- Collaborate with team members and share insights formally and informally.
Requirements
- Be an advanced or currently pursuing undergraduate student in Software Engineering or an equivalent field.
- Have knowledge of Go, Java, Python, and C++.
- Be familiar with REST/JSON APIs and Linux.
- Have academic exposure to DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrate motivation to learn, initiative, autonomy, collaboration, and willingness to share knowledge.
- Maintain a strong academic record.
