Base Salary
$86k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and user experiences.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with measurable impact.
- Build workflows, business rules, and automations that improve operational efficiency and reliability.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and enterprise integrations, including building and consuming APIs for end-to-end integration needs.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and release readiness activities.
- Troubleshoot platform and integration issues, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes.
- Recommend enhancements to improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Help shape reusable engineering patterns, standards, and modernization practices across the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with architects, security, product, and engineering teams on scalable and supportable solutions.
Requirements
- Experience developing on ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms.
- Strong object-oriented design and software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs; ServiceNow GlideAPIs experience is a bonus.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, web technologies, workflow automation, XML, and JSON.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes.
- Analytical problem-solving skills, clear communication, and collaboration with technical and business partners.
- Customer-focused mindset and dependable execution in delivery and operational support.
- ServiceNow CSA and/or CAD certification, as applicable, is beneficial.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification is beneficial.
- Experience with ITSM, CSM, ITOM, IRM, SPM, custom applications, or ServiceNow's Automated Testing Framework is beneficial.
- Experience with Agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, large enterprise environments, enterprise architecture patterns, cloud concepts, or leading engineering efforts is beneficial.
