Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and user experiences.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and build workflows, business rules, and automations.
- Develop and maintain enterprise integrations and build and consume APIs for end-to-end integration needs.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, release readiness, and post-release support.
- Troubleshoot platform and integration issues, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes.
- Recommend improvements to performance, reliability, user experience, engineering standards, and modernization practices.
- Collaborate with architects, security, product, engineering, and business stakeholders on scalable solutions.
Requirements
- Experience developing on ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms.
- Strong object-oriented design and software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs; ServiceNow GlideAPIs experience is a bonus.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, web technologies, workflow automation, XML, and JSON.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes.
- Analytical problem-solving, communication, collaboration, customer focus, and dependable delivery skills.
- Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or Certified Implementation Specialist certifications; ITSM, CSM, ITOM, IRM, SPM, custom application, ATF, enterprise architecture, cloud, Agile delivery, CI/CD, and large-enterprise experience.
