Responsibilities
- Implement, maintain, and support Production IT software used in ZEISS laboratories and related business areas.
- Guide, document, and train business users based on requirements and support requests.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams and customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Take ownership of tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Provide Production IT support and work on shifts as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science.
- At least 2 years of work experience in Production IT support.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, MES or other production control systems, and any ticketing tool.
- Knowledge of other Production IT-related software.
- Experience with Grafana and Kafka is a plus.
- Fluent or business-fluent English language skills.
- Proactive attitude, independence, and willingness to work collaboratively.
