Base Salary

$177k - $365k/yr

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end architecture and delivery of features for lift measurement products.
Design, build, and optimize large-scale data pipelines for study setup and results computation.
Drive AI enablement by building supporting tooling and processes.
Translate measurement methodology into production systems in collaboration with Data Science.
Build automated data validation and integrity checks.
Define SLAs and lead root-cause analysis for pipeline and study issues.
Mentor engineers and drive strong technical execution.

BS+ in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of professional software engineering experience focused on data-intensive systems.
Strong proficiency in building large-scale data pipelines using Java/Scala/Kotlin or Python, plus SQL.
Experience designing reliable services and APIs with a foundation in distributed systems.
Ability to transform engineering workflows using AI with measurable metrics.
Experience in AdTech and measurement products or adjacent platforms.
Working knowledge of experimentation and causal measurement fundamentals.
Practical experience with backtesting and continuous verification in measurement systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable impact.
