Responsibilities
- Design systems with resilience and capacity in mind.
- Define and measure SLOs and SLIs reflecting customer experiences.
- Utilize Datadog and CloudWatch for observability.
- Configure alerting and routing for effective incident management.
- Continuously improve the incident lifecycle from detection to follow-up.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Software Engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar languages.
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS, and containerization.
- Familiarity with monitoring concepts and SLOs/SLIs.
- Active use of AI productivity tools for coding and debugging.
- Experience using LLM or AI agents for task automation.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
