Responsibilities
- Architect multi-step agentic systems and build retrieval-augmented generation pipelines and AI-powered workflows.
- Build evaluation infrastructure and monitor model performance, accuracy, efficiency, latency, and cost.
- Design, deploy, and integrate AI and machine learning solutions into production APIs and services.
- Ship reliable production code with observability and error handling.
- Identify AI use cases within existing products and workflows and translate them into business value.
- Define AI best practices, documentation, standards, and KPIs.
- Lead AI initiatives, mentor developers, and guide organizational AI adoption.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, software engineering, mathematics, or statistics.
- At least 5 years of machine learning experience with demonstrable AI and agentic-systems experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with NLP, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, statistics, and data structures.
- Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, versioning, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.
- Ability to communicate technical solutions and AI-driven insights to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ability to work independently, take end-to-end ownership, lead initiatives, mentor team members, and define scalable and ethical AI practices.
