Responsibilities
- Build, develop, maintain, and operate agentic AI systems for autonomous network optimization and decision-making.
- Design systems, validate software quality, monitor runtime behavior, and take ownership of production operation.
- Build and maintain scalable AI/ML pipelines focused on reliability, performance, and maintainability.
- Define and implement monitoring, testing, and governance strategies for robust and compliant production AI solutions.
- Integrate agentic solutions with real-time network environments in collaboration with network experts, data engineers, and software teams.
- Translate network objectives into data-driven, self-adapting models using reinforcement learning and emerging AI tools.
- Stay current with agentic AI, reinforcement learning, and telecom network automation innovations.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background, including designing, building, and operating distributed systems in production.
- Solid experience with Python and/or Java and writing clean, testable, maintainable code.
- Hands-on production experience applying AI/ML techniques, including model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and integrating models into larger software systems.
- Understanding of end-to-end AI systems, including data pipelines, model serving, monitoring, and feedback loops.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, containerization, CI/CD, scalable services, and reliable platform development.
- Interest in reinforcement learning and agentic AI, including exploration of emerging frameworks and research.
- Strong analytical, communication, learning, and ownership skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical colleagues.
