Responsibilities
- Collaborate with model teams to deploy LLMs, VLMs, AI agents, and image/video generation models on end-user devices.
- Prototype and develop inference pipelines, media codecs, and automation tools using Python or C/C++.
- Perform hardware-software co-optimization for CPUs, GPUs, and NPUs.
- Conduct technical evaluations, prototyping, system integration, and iterative product development.
- Align with model, hardware, and ecosystem stakeholders to scale on-device AI capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 0–1 years of hands-on AI software development experience, including experience from internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training; alternatively, a relevant master's degree with no prior professional experience.
- Proficiency in Python or C/C++ and familiarity with Windows or Linux development environments.
- Basic understanding of AI development tools and practices through personal projects, coursework, or open-source contributions.
- Preferred experience with LLMs, VLMs, AI agents, RAG, or tool-use workflows.
- Preferred knowledge of PyTorch, OpenVINO, and ONNX Runtime.
- Preferred practical experience with model quantization, distillation, LoRA fine-tuning, and deployment on end devices.
- Preferred familiarity with GPU/NPU acceleration, media processing, video codecs, and system performance optimization.
- Preferred familiarity with Cursor and GitHub Copilot.
