Responsibilities
- Design and build intuitive, responsive Power Apps canvas apps with reusable components, delegation-aware data access, and performance tuning.
- Design and implement scalable Power Automate cloud flows, child flows, approvals, error handling, retry patterns, and high-volume processing.
- Implement Dataverse tables, relationships, keys, calculated and rollup fields, business rules, and security models.
- Integrate Copilot Studio agents, AI Builder models, prompt-based actions, external systems, and Microsoft 365 services.
- Apply Power Platform ALM using solutions, layers, environment variables, connection references, pipelines, and Azure DevOps.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, workflow, Dataverse, performance, and delegation issues.
- Follow governance, licensing, data loss prevention, security, testing, UAT, deployment, and release practices.
- Create technical documentation and handover materials, collaborate with clients and delivery teams, and guide junior developers.
Requirements
- 7–12 years of overall application development experience with substantial recent Microsoft Power Platform experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps canvas apps, Power Fx, reusable components, responsive design, collections, variables, delegation, and performance optimization.
- Strong experience designing scalable Power Automate workflows, including error handling, child flows, approvals, and long-running or high-volume patterns.
- Proven Dataverse implementation experience covering tables, columns, relationships, alternate keys, calculated and rollup fields, business rules, and security.
- Working knowledge of Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or equivalent AI agent and Copilot capabilities.
- Experience integrating external systems and Microsoft 365 services through standard and custom connectors and APIs.
- Understanding of Power Platform ALM, governance, licensing, DLP policies, and automated deployment.
- Ability to debug and performance-tune apps and flows and resolve defects through closure.
- Good client-facing communication skills for requirements discussions, demonstrations, and explaining design decisions.
- Preferred experience with model-driven apps, Power Pages, Power BI, Copilot Studio agents, PCF components, JavaScript, C# plug-ins, Azure Functions, Azure services, data migration, Dynamics 365, consulting or global delivery environments, presales, reusable components, accelerators, or practice IP.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-200, PL-600, or AI-102 are preferred.
