Responsibilities
- Design and build intuitive, responsive Power Apps canvas apps with reusable components, delegation-aware data access, and performance tuning.
- Design and implement scalable Power Automate cloud and child flows, including approvals, error handling, retries, scheduling, event-driven processing, and high-volume patterns.
- Implement Dataverse tables, relationships, keys, calculated and rollup fields, business rules, and security models covering roles, teams, business units, rows, and columns.
- Integrate Copilot Studio agents, AI Builder models, prompt-based actions, external systems, and Microsoft 365 services through connectors and APIs.
- Apply Power Platform ALM, governance, licensing, DLP, environment strategies, solutions, connection references, variables, and deployment pipelines or Azure DevOps.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, workflow, Dataverse, performance, and delegation issues through release.
- Produce technical documentation and solution designs, support testing and UAT, and assist with deployment and handover.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, business analysts, and developers while guiding junior developers and supporting requirements discussions and demos.
Requirements
- 7–12 years of overall application development experience with substantial recent Microsoft Power Platform experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps canvas apps, including Power Fx, component reuse, responsive design, collections, variables, delegation, and performance optimization.
- Strong experience designing scalable Power Automate workflows and implementing Dataverse solutions and security models.
- Working knowledge of integrating AI agents and Copilot capabilities with canvas apps and Power Platform solutions.
- Experience integrating external systems and Microsoft 365 services through standard and custom connectors and APIs.
- Understanding of Power Platform ALM, governance, licensing implications, and DLP policies.
- Ability to debug and performance-tune apps and flows and resolve defects through closure.
- Good client-facing communication skills for requirements discussions, demos, and explaining design decisions.
- Preferred experience with model-driven apps, Power Pages, Power BI, Copilot Studio agents, PCF components, JavaScript, C# plug-ins, Azure Functions, Azure integration, data migration, Dynamics 365, consulting or global delivery environments, presales or demo support, and reusable components or practice IP.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-200, PL-600, or AI-102 are preferred.
