Responsibilities
- Build overseas financial products and solutions for global consumers and users.
- Participate in the design, research, development, and innovation of the international payment platform.
- Design large-scale distributed systems for complex payment businesses with high availability and reliability.
- Identify system deficiencies and bottlenecks and propose solutions that improve customer experience, performance, and stability.
- Participate in technical project design and reviews, evaluate project quality, and promote improvements in team efficiency and R&D quality.
Requirements
- Experience designing and developing high-availability, large-scale distributed systems.
- Solid programming fundamentals, good programming practices, and code review experience.
- Proficiency in at least one of Java, Python, Golang, C++, or PHP.
- Understanding of distributed systems, caching, messaging, search, and recommendation mechanisms, with the ability to apply distributed technologies to practical problems.
- Strong online issue diagnosis and problem-solving experience.
- Core system design and analysis skills, strong attention to technical details, and project management capabilities.
- Ability to communicate, coordinate, and plan execution across teams with a results-oriented approach.
- Practical experience building highly available distributed systems with financial security.
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience in a large-scale internet business.
- Fintech, domestic or international online payment experience is preferred.
- International team experience is preferred.
