Base Salary
$160k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement core platform functionality across frontend and backend systems.
- Build product features using NextJS, React, and Typescript on the frontend and Python with FastAPI on the backend.
- Design and maintain backend services that power the Ravenna platform.
- Contribute to the architecture of the platform and make decisions about system design.
- Monitor and improve system performance across the stack.
- Write clean, well-structured, and well-tested code while participating in code reviews.
- Work closely with product and design to translate ideas into high-quality features.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience building production systems.
- Strong experience with modern web technologies such as React, NextJS, and Typescript.
- Experience with backend frameworks such as Python and FastAPI.
- Ability to design APIs, backend services, and data models for complex product functionality.
- Understanding of monitoring, logging, debugging, and reliability in production.
- Curiosity and a desire for continuous improvement in engineering practices.
